The staff were beyond exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every moment of our stay unforgettable. They offered fantastic recommendations, helped with reservations, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and full of character, blending classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. And the service? Flawless from start to finish. The breakfast at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, both sweet and savory, including fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, eggs, cheeses, and local specialties. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The coffee was excellent—better than in most cafés! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, attentive service from the staff. Starting the day with such a delicious and well-organized breakfast made a real difference to my stay. Highly recommended!

Clean , large bathroom and decent sleeping area , great breakfast . Would be our first choice if we go back to Rome
